Hair has never been “just hair” to me.
It is identity, confidence, history, character, and possibility. Whether I’m creating for film and television, restoring what hair loss has changed, teaching another professional, or creating a solution that doesn’t yet exist—my purpose remains the same:
To help people see themselves again, and sometimes, see themselves differently.
Every strand tells a story. I’m grateful that this is the work I was called to do.

I love to do the "Comb Out". It’s the finishing touch. The cherry on top. It is when everything starts coming together. The layers laying right, the colors dancing through the hair, the movement, the placement. That’s when the style really comes together.
Yeah, I luhhh dat!
Part of the job is knowing how to use your available resources to make the process work quickly and efficiently when time matters.
It’s not always about having the perfect wig.
Sometimes it’s about having the knowledge to make what you have work for the scene.

One of the reasons many hairstylists prefer to include the hair with their services is because the quality of the hair directly affects the final result.
The hair reacted to the curling iron in a way quality human hair shouldn’t. And moments like this are why experienced stylists become very selective about the hair they work with.
Because at the end of the day, the day is gone end. I'm kidding. Seriously, a client remembers the stylist — not where the hair came from.
Your technique can be amazing, your install can be flawless, your styling can be on point… but poor-quality hair will still show itself. Especially under heat.
Good hair performs differently. It moves differently.
