“Today, our hearts ache as we mourn the loss of our friend, Officer Luis M. Huesca, who tragically lost his life while off duty, returning home from work. As a cherished member of our community and a dear friend of Isi’s Cuts Hair Salon, Officer Huesca’s presence will be deeply missed.
