Build stamina, strength, and stretch in this saucy, adult-themed yoga class guided by your b***y hostess, Monica.

Use breath to bring awareness to your body. Activate your muscles and joints to be less fatigued in common positions during vigorous activity.

This supportive somatic movement practice helps move stuck emotions, body parts, and energy so you can reweave your creativity, fun, and livelihood. You will not be judged for being too much. Come celebrate yourself!

A multi-sensory experience that expresses the entire body and takes you on an emotional tour, Femme! is a passionate fusion of motion, meditation and celebration of the human form designed by Somatic Healer, Keynote Speaker and Wellness Expert, Bernadette Pleasant -- “It’s your body; you can do whatever you want with it – including love it, unapologetically.”

Please wear comfortable attire and clear the space around you for freedom of movement. Please let your housemates know that you may also be making noise since moving your vocal cords is an option.

Summer Solstice Ceremony

Connect with nature between Solstice and Full Moon to welcome summer on one of the longest afternoons of the year. To begin, we’ll create our sacred circle with hand drum and rattle. Then Monica will guide you through some meditative journeys to the sound of her drum. Feel free to bring a meditation journal if you like to jot down notes or draw to remember your journeys. This ceremony is based in true shamanic principles from the time before warring religions when our ancestors lived in community with each other and all of nature. It’s optional to bring your own drum, rattle, or homemade noisemaker, I’m a fan of mint tins with birdseed. No experience necessary. Curiosity welcome!

With decades of experience working with thousands of women and girls, this group of Clan Mothers set out to build a village to create healing through collaboration and understanding. As an outcropping of that vision, an Indigenous-led solution – Clan Mothers Healing Village (.ca) – came to life.

Clan Mothers Healing Village provides support to women who have been victims of trauma, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, and trafficking as they begin their healing journey.
