✨We’re Hiring ✨

Penny Lane is a women-owned, curly-focused salon in the heart of Logan Square, and we're looking for a full-time Salon Coordinator + Manager to join our team.

This is a hybrid role that combines front desk/client care responsibilities with salon operations and management. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests while also helping keep the behind-the-scenes systems of our salon running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is organized, warm, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a small business. This role includes answering phones, responding to emails and texts, booking appointments, supporting our guests, managing inventory, coordinating schedules, assisting with marketing/social media, and helping oversee the day-to-day flow of the salon.

We're looking for someone who wants more than a front desk position. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to increased responsibility, leadership opportunities, and compensation growth as they become more involved in the operations and management of the salon.

• $22–28/hour depending on experience, training, and responsibilities

While she’ll still be stepping into a new chapter, we’re so happy to share that she’ll continue seeing clients at Penny Lane on Tuesdays + Thursdays. Watching Starr grow behind the chair has been such a gift, and we’re incredibly grateful we still get to have her talent, energy, and magic in our space each week.

Appointments with Starr will continue to be available on her updated schedule — we know so many of you are just as excited as we are 🫶

As Starr continues to grow in her career and demand behind the chair, her pricing will increase beginning June 1st. We’re so proud of her and excited for this next season ✨
