▫️Remember RULE : hair consist of 2 types of melanin. Visible that our eye can read and invisible calls under-pigment.

◽️If your desired color is lightest, pale sandre but your natural base is level seven you need to do highlights to reach desired shade

▫️If you like, lightest, pale highlights colors, you need to go for highlights

▫️Lightest pale colors can be created on lightest pale Highlights only

▫️Other than that you will have to neutralize, or become darker to reach better colors off your natural base
