PART 1

Spring is here 💐 flowers are blooming, energy is shifting, and with that comes fresh beginnings. As new chapters start to unfold, it’s also a time when certain seasons of our lives come to a close.

With that being said, my era at Birds Nest Salon is coming to an end. After 15 years working in Logan Square⬛ and 12 of those in the heart of the neighborhood 💘April 30th will be my last day at my current salon.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve built such strong connections within this community 💪helping make it a more beautiful place while also watching it blossom. I am forever grateful for my time there and am allowing myself the space to mourn the closing of this chapter.🖤🖤🖤

A special thank you to Gina, the salon owner, whom I’ve known since my early 20s and who has seen me through all my different hairstyles, and to Yolanda, our “momager,” along with the incredible team that has been part of the salon over the past decade and the time there will not be FORGOTTEN.

Through my artistry, I will continue to serve my Logan Square community and every person I meet 👫bringing beauty and prosperity to the neighborhood. I can’t wait to sliv into this new era, still rooted right here in Logan Square.

After 13 years of joy , we have decided to permanently close the business with a closure date of May 1,2026. We will resume business with normal business hours until then. It has been a great 13 year journey .We thank you all with our deepest appreciation for being part of it. We hope to see everyone continue supporting The Bird’s nest team to our last day of May 1 2026. Thank you, salon owner Gina Dominguez
