The Ideal Candidate will:⁠
🌿 Measure and package loose herbs, teas, and other raw products into retail-ready packaging
🔎 Accurately identify raw materials and match them with the correct packaging and labels
✨ Operate a heat sealer accurately and safely
📦 Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the packaging process
💬 Recognize and communicate product, packaging, or quality-control concerns
🎯 Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
🧠 Be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
🛍️ Previous packaging, production, food handling, warehouse, or retail stock experience is helpful but not required

The ideal Flex Warehouse Associate candidate will:⁠
🤏 Support pick pack ship operations by fulfilling online orders, pulling materials, and preparing boxes for shipment.
✂️ Support receiving operations by processing incoming warehouse supplies and maintaining warehouse organization.
💻 Support product transfer operations by managing outgoing/incoming transfers between locations, using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, troubleshooting incomplete orders, and performing regular inventory counts.
📦 Supporting FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Product Prep operations.
🕯️Supporting KOBO Manufacturing, Assembly, and general warehouse functions as needed.
🧹 Participation in general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
⭐️ Have 1-2 years warehouse experience (preferred)

The ideal E-Commerce Pick/Pack/Ship candidate will:
🤏 Pick and fulfill online orders.
🛍️ Prepare orders by pulling materials from the store or warehouse.
📦 Pack and prepare boxes for shipment.
✂️ Receive and process products and supplies received in the warehouse.
🏪 Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor.
🧹 Participate in warehouse maintenance, organization, and housekeeping.
