Lately I’ve seen an increase in late arrivals, last minute cancellations, service changes, and no shows. While I’ve always tried to be understanding because I know life happens, these situations have become far too common and frequent.

To ensure fairness for all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, my policies will now be enforced consistently and without exception. These policies are in place to protect appointment availability, maintain an efficient schedule, and provide the best experience possible for everyone.
