I am a freelance Creative Visionary Artist currently re-branding. I took some much needed time off to take care of myself and my family.
Being a creative hair cutter and colorist has always been an outlet of freedom and love for me. I feel at my best health both mentally, physically, and emotionally. Join me as I re-brand, expand, provide fair wages for employees, and support local small business.
The beauty of being beind the chair are the one on one intimate conversations from female to female. We are all human. Being in my chair means you let your guard down and let me transform your hair while taking a well-deserved break.

I inspire to create a safe space where women of power can be themselves and discuss world issues and resolutions. My experience has taught me grace, faith, and planted a seed to provide the best for God's Chosen ones in our very city. We come from all cultures living in a land of Victory and Dignity. Together, we are chosen to create by example in all our positions. Each of us have Kingdom Duties.

Wow.... I don't even know where to start.
The journey to today has been a crazy ride. Every trial, tribulation, situation, circumstance, lesson, mistake, experience, conversation led me to the greatest and scariest decision of my adulting life.
After 16 years behind the chair.... I am retiring 😀! God has opened a wide door of opportunities for me. I slowly started lessening my hours until I just was only working 1day/week at the salon. This morning I woke up and God said... this is the DAY. You are closing this door and starting the next chapter!
Today when I picked up my belongings from the salon one of the clients was asking about me. We talked and she was so supportive of my career change. In fact I learned way more about her today that inspired me even more. (BTW, who takes a refresher CPR class while quitting their job? Lol me. I legit was learning chest compressions today)
She told my boss, "Where is Bianca? Only she does my highlights!" What a compliment cuz my boss Yehia is the OG of hair!!! The last salon I worked for truly was the best space I've ever worked for. It wasn't easy, but I learned so much. This opportunity landed me my city high rise home and many connections.
I will never forget my co-workers, clients, and experiences. I'm nervous and excited to start school next week 😬. Thank you to every single one of my clients. All the conversations equipped me for public speaking and building relationships. It still hasn't hit me yet completely. God's will for me has been revealed and I am ready to take on His agenda.
