Every challenge has been worth it. 💛 When the idea for the IngrownOut® hook first came to me back in 2002, I always believed that one day I’d be able to share this amazing tweezer with beauty professionals around the world.

Thankyou for your patience with this! I appreciate you all for all the support I have received during this stressful time, it has been a mission with the manufacturers and once I have approved the 2nd lot of samples we will be good to as normal. It has been a usual process as they are custom made and I was not happy with the last batch but will be so worth the wait to have them back on the market and in stock again! I have been doing quality checks on the manufacturing side of our IngrownOut Tweezer. It is taking a lot longer than I hoped. Until this meets my standard we have no more stock! We don’t talk about aftercare enough yet it’s a huge part of our beauty business. Is there apart of aftercare you struggle with? We can share advice here. Creating a save space in the comments to share and advise others. Experienced with giving aftercare, any advice to share with others?
