Due to a HEAVY amount of last minute cancelations, we at Spruce are implementing immediately a 48 hour cancellation policy. This will require a credit/debit card on file for all customers. Our booking app will automatically request this information upon booking.

We wanted to give you all a friendly reminder of our policy on a 24 hour cancelation prior to missed appointments. (a minimum $40 fee will be required to reschedule) We have had quite a bit of leniency on this, but will have to begin to strictly enforce this beginning immediately. Our summers are busy and missing appointments we could schedule other clients in with notice is important. Please be courteous and give notice so others who would like in can have the opportunity.
