You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before it starts. The industry standard is 48 hours.

The way i see it is: what if I start to come down with something? Will I know that 2 days ahead of time? No! I expect you to respect my time, but I respect yours too.

I know the reality of the situation. There may be a time that i need to cancel on you (extremely rare, but it happens). I want my clients to feel like i give them the same grace they give me.

Now, that being said, if you're always rescheduling, I might say goodbye. 👋

My client called my facial treatments the “omakase” because I do a custom treatment every time based on whatever your skin needs that day, and it's always a set price.

Not only do I not expect tips, but I don’t accept them! I’m the business owner, and I set the price. It’s not up to my clients to decide how much to pay me. It's awkward and unnecessary.

Come with me as I start over! I’m moving my business from Chico to the Sacramento area. I’m moving into a new space, building a new clientele, and establishing a reputation in a new city! I’m terrified but mostly excited. I did it at 24 with no experience and no proof, and this time I'm 34, and I have 10 years of experience and photos to prove it. 😆
