☀️ Common summer mistakes ☀️
☀️ Glue gets thick or stringy → Replace the glue drop.
☀️ Extensions keep popping off → You may be using too much adhesive or the glue is curing before placement.
☀️ Lots of stickies → Humidity is high and the glue is curing too fast. Slow down, isolate well, and use fresh glue more often.
☀️ Poor retention after 2–3 days → Check your room’s humidity and temperature before assuming it’s your technique
Tips to help with this ⬇️
*🌡️ Keep your room between 68–73°F (20–23°C).
* 💧 Aim for 45–60% humidity (or follow your glue manufacturer’s recommended range).
* ❄️ Run your A/C to help control heat and humidity.
* 🌬️ Use a dehumidifier if humidity is too high.
* 🖤 Choose a slower-setting glue.
* 💧 Use a glue aid to help manage humidity.
* 🔄 Refresh your glue drop every 10-15 minutes
* 🤍 Store your glue in an airtight container with silica packs.
