My favorite moment in my career is to be asked to be a part of my clients special day , there wedding . I have done many many brides and wedding parties in my 45 year career . This beautiful bride is my last ....She was my client since her birth, many times I styled her hair for special occasions , and her wedding day was a very special and last creative event for me.! Congrats to Deanna and Joel! Truly was a special moment for me to be a part of your wedding day...hair by Karen , thank you for all my beautiful moments with you!.

At Salon on Britton, we are looking to expand our team. We are a warm, welcoming group in a bright, spacious salon located in the Fairview section of Chicopee. We are currently hiring inspired Booth Renters and Commission Stylists. Whether you're a stylist who is still building your business or a seasoned stylist looking for a change, Salon on Britton is a wonderful salon to call your home.

Hello everyone, Salon on Britton is requiring everyone wear masks while in the salon to be safe with the numbers increasing, regardless of vaccination status. Thank you all for your support and understanding in hopes to keep everyone safe. 🙏😷❤️

Karen at Salon on Britton would like to share the Why I'm not working......Yet.....As my long time clients know the many changes in my life these last few years I have always gave my all behind Chair one. This or ' the sickness ' as my oldest grandson calls the covid 19 , really stopped me . As I believe most my clients know that my husband has an advanced stage of cancer , I have been very reluctant to return to work in stage one. Doctor's advice also said wait..I am compelled to say that if all was well in my household I would be back as I love my work..But this is not the case...So..I am coming back , working only Sundays and Mondays so I can work alone..Please text me privately if you would like an appointment the 3rd weekend in June.If you would like quicker service I assure you the young lady and my cowner who has been with me for atleast 12 ? Years would be happy to accommodate you. Jen is working since Salons opened. I thank you all for your patience and understanding💜

Salon on Britton is going to thank all of our clients in there new role with understanding that we are currently learning, trying to purchase and IMPLEMENTING all safety standards for stylists and clients to be safe in our Salon.
As the state mandates our operating procedures and gives us just only a week, we are doing our best, so thank you for your patience and dedication. More information will be posted ASAP. Thank you and miss you all lots.

To our Salon on Britton amazing Clients, we are officially closed till further notice. As other small businesses understand the reality of being self employed " we do not work, we have no income",
self employment and our career choice was certainly ours . We at Salon on Britton have worked diligently to establish , create , please and build our client base . It was difficult for us to close because we would be putting ourselves in a financial risk , however we all knew that it was the right decision for our health and our clients health and well being . With that said , If you have questions about future appointments with your stylist please text or call them. We are looking forward to having you back in our Salon so we can style your hair and listen to your stories..God speed ,and when this is over...Please support small businesses as we will all need help to get back up on our feet .
