“I graduated from The Class Act in Chillicothe and got my Esthetician license this month! I’ve been working at Ulta this past year and love helping others with makeup and skincare.

I provide a variety of facials, lash lift and tints, and brow laminations. More to come as I learn and grow!

I’ve loved and been interested into skincare for as long as I can remember. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident in their own skin.

I strive for my clients to feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as they enter my room!

I grew up in Crown City but moved near Chillicothe last year and love it here. Outside of work you’ll usually catch me spending time with family.

✨ MEET THE TEAM — STEPHANIE ✨

If you have visited BeautiBar, chances are Stephanie has been one of the first friendly faces to welcome you!

Stephanie is our front desk registration guru and an AAMA-Certified Medical Assistant with 13 years of experience. Before joining BeautiBar, she spent many years working in a busy internal medicine practice, caring for patients with complex medical needs. That experience taught her the importance of patient safety, truly listening, and caring for the whole person.

At BeautiBar, Stephanie does an amazing job juggling two very important roles. She keeps our front office running smoothly while also jumping in to help with the clinical side of patient care. Whether she is answering the phone, helping with scheduling and registration, assisting our providers, or supporting a patient in the back, she is always willing to step in wherever she is needed.

Stephanie recently made the exciting transition into medical aesthetics, where she can combine her clinical experience with her passion for helping people feel good about themselves. She believes that every part of the patient experience matters—from the first interaction when someone walks through the door to the moment they leave.

Her goal is for every person who visits BeautiBar to feel comfortable, relaxed, welcomed, and valued. Stephanie genuinely loves getting to know our patients, listening to their stories, and building connections. She says, “If I can help someone walk out feeling a little more confident, a little happier, or simply good about themselves, then I feel like I’ve done something meaningful.”

When Stephanie is not at BeautiBar, you will most likely find her spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, or caring for her plants. She is a proud plant lover who enjoys being surrounded by greenery and watching her plants grow!

Stephanie is an incredibly hard worker and truly an important part of our team. We appreciate everything she does to keep our days running smoothly and to make our patients feel cared for from beginning to end. We are so grateful to have her as part of the BeautiBar family! 💛

✨ Meet Tiffany, FNP ✨

Tiffany has been devoted to nursing since 2004, beginning her career as a Nursing Assistant. Over the years, she continued advancing her education and experience, working as an LPN and RN before earning her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

In addition to her extensive nursing background, Tiffany trained directly with Jami to provide BeautiBar services and is a certified Hormone Replacement Therapy provider. At BeautiBar, she offers Botox and other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, weight-loss care, hormone replacement therapy, and other aesthetic and wellness services.

While Tiffany’s full-time career is in Nurse Informatics, aesthetics and wellness have become a true passion project for her. She loves helping people feel confident, refreshed, and more like themselves—whether through subtle aesthetic enhancements, weight-loss support, or hormone therapy.

Tiffany wants every patient who sits in her chair to feel completely comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care so each patient leaves feeling confident, relaxed, and reassured about their treatment.

Outside of work, Tiffany is a wife to a Navy veteran, a mom of two, and above all, a child of God. She has lived in Ross County her entire life and graduated from Southeastern High School in 2001. Even though her children attend another school district, she will always be proud to call herself a Panther!

She is also a devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan, loves NFL Sundays, and looks forward to everything about fall—especially pumpkin spice! Tiffany enjoys traveling the world and is especially excited about making her first trip to Europe in 2026.

✨ MEET THE TEAM: MEET JAMI ✨

My “why” has always been simple: I genuinely love caring for people and helping them feel their very best.

I have been a nurse for 30 years ( since 97) and graduated as a FNP from Otterbein University in 2013. Throughout my career, I have worked in nearly every department of the hospital—except delivering babies, which was never quite my calling! I later worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Internal medicine.

That experience taught me the importance of treating the whole person—not focusing on only one concern. Every part of our health is connected, and we must consider a person’s complete health history to help them feel their optimal best.

Although delivering babies was not for me, I have always loved women’s and gynecological care. That is one reason I am so passionate about hormone pellet therapy. I receive hormone pellets myself, and they helped me feel like myself again. Now, I feel called to help other women navigate midlife, understand the changes they are experiencing, and find themselves again, too.

Many people ask where I received my aesthetics training. I trained in Scottsdale, Arizona, and attended multiple in-person courses to learn the art and science of injecting. However, my most valuable experience came through hands-on training and a preceptorship with Ashley Lax, FNP, in Scottsdale. She helped give me the practical experience and confidence I needed to safely and successfully treat patients with filler, toxin, and PRP.

I was born an Army brat and spent several years traveling, but Ross County has been home for most of my life. I love Chillicothe, and I feel incredibly blessed to care for the people in this community.

I love God. I love my family. And I truly love what I do.

Every day is a treasured gift from above because I get to wake up and do what I love—helping people feel healthier, more confident, and more like themselves. That is my why. 🤍
