On another note, Otila who had joined me for the last year and a half has decided to move forward. These next couple weeks will be her last. As I wish she would stay, I’m happy for her journey ahead!

That brings me to my next thought… as I value each and every one of you, I do lie awake at night when I loose someone based on scheduling. We need to reschedule asap, some clients have booked out until the app wouldn’t let them anymore. I see you I appreciate you. I also know things happen, rescheduling is hard sometimes, please reach out!
