Eau Claire Location Update
A pipe in the building of our Eau Claire location burst and flooded our entire kitchen yesterday... We are working diligently with the Owner of the building to get our space back to safe, working order. Unfortunately, this will take some time to get the proper experts here to assess and fix. As of now, we expect to have our doors closed for this weekend, at a minimum….

Unfortunately, this also means that many of our team will be out of work until we are able to open back up again. Having our doors closed, even for a day, is a loss for our team and us…

To help our team’s morale, we plan to schedule some of our team at the Chippewa location this weekend. This shift will allow us to provide to full service experience at our Chippewa location this weekend! If you can, please come visit some familiar faces and support our displaced team members!

This update also comes on a day that we planned two major menu announcements, so here goes… the first, the BURGER OF THE MONTH IS BACK!! Stay tuned for a second post with details for this month!! The second, we hinted at last week. As most of you know we strive to provide local, clean ingredients. We have been working with Peterson Craft Meats and are excited to announce we are removing seed oils from our fryers and will now be using beef tallow!
