This October, I wanted to use my little corner of the world to do something meaningful for women and families in our community. So Novelty Hair Studio will be collecting donations for the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley all month long.

And as a little thank-you for helping support women and families in our community, I’m offering a discount on your salon service when you donate:

Domestic Violence Awareness Month is something that carries a meaning for me that goes far beyond a purple ribbon.

This October, I want to use my little corner of the world to do something that matters—to support women who may be rebuilding, starting over, or simply trying to make it through a chapter they never imagined they’d have to live.
