My boss at Kids Club bought everyone the book, “One Word That will Change Your Life” by Jon Gordon. I bumbled through several words and landed on the word “Initiate”. Gosh, why didn’t I choose a relaxing word like “breath” or a fun word like “gather”? This word. This word pushes me to the edge of uncomfortable and yells JUMP.

As an enneagram 9 I’m very aware that I prefer going with the flow. Either everything is fine (so why change it) OR, everything is not fine, but it will probably get better after a nice nap.
