✨ Testing Samples! 🌿✨

I’m on the lookout for new, fun, quality products to potentially offer my clients—and tonight’s research looks a little something like this. 😉

A little chai tea ☕️, some reading 📚, and product testing for the evening.

And yes… this book has clearly been through some things. 😂📖

I’m testing out these new THC + C*D microdosed melts and will be sharing my thoughts once I’ve had a chance to really experience them.

Stay tuned! 👀✨

A little MFR reflection 🤍

I had Myofascial Release session today, for myself---it was a sigh of relief.

I’m always a little surprised when an emotional release happens during MFR. No specific memory, no particular thought—just tears, a little grief, and then… peace. 🥹🫶 My body and mind feel lighter now.

I’ve been through a lot in this life, and while I’m a pretty strong woman, I also think there’s a part of me that still needs a safe place to let go sometimes.

That’s one of the things I find so fascinating about this work.

I’m currently continuing my training in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR)—a gentle, hands-on approach that uses sustained pressure and the body’s own responses to work with restrictions in the fascial system and support improved movement and ease.

I’m learning how to listen to the body rather than simply make the body do something.

And apparently, sometimes the body has a few things to say. 😂❤️

More learning. More listening. More letting go.
