Navaya finished State testing, this week 🙌🏼 While I waited, I chewed through a good book and enjoyed some homemade cold brew ☕️ I swear having my Starbucks military tumbler and my WW2 book are a complete coincidence 😳
It’s so eerie reading “The Nightingale” and knowing how much this story parallels to todays current events. That’s the funny thing about history; it often repeats itself. But no one ever think that the worst will happen to them. Until, of course, it does. I’m just praying that we learn from our mistakes once this is all said and done.
ANYWHOSERS- I’m almost done with “The Nightingale” and I’m about to start “The Women” (also by Kristin Hannah) which takes place during the time of the Vietnam war! All about books with women empowerment ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏿

I’ll be 30 years old in a little over a month and I just purchased my first pair of - I’m ashamed of myself 😂🫣
A pair like these would have cost me $70+ if I had bought them from a retailer, but I was able to snag them from for less than $30! 🤯 I was also able to purchase items from Gap, Athleta, Old Navy, and Target; I got everything for just a little over $100 and several items still had tags on them! THATS INSANE! 😳
