it’s been an interesting season as a content creator and nail tech…🩵⬇️

Lately I’ve had to put a lot of my dreams and ideas on pause… and that’s been really hard to admit.

Content, filming, saying yes to new opportunities, all the things I love. I just don’t have the time or capacity for right now. It’s a weird feeling when your mind is full of ideas but your life doesn’t have room to execute them.

I’ve felt pulled in five different directions, trying to be everything at once… but I’ve had to take a step back and get really honest about what matters most in this season. I’ve cut my schedule back, closed my books, and have decided to take the week of the wedding off and 2 weeks after that. I feel a little guilty for taking a this break but, I know I’ll spring back better than ever!

Right now, my focus is on Adam 🤍, my clients, my salon, and planning one of the biggest days of my life. Being a friend, a daughter, a fiance, and nail tech comes first!

And while I know I’ll miss this season someday… I’m also really excited for what’s on the other side of it.

Because when this chapter closes, I’m coming back fully, stepping into a new era, as a wife, living life with my husband, and falling back in love with creating again! 🌈🤍Thank you all for continued support and love to me in this stressful but yet an era I’ll never forget!💋

So excited to have NBC apart of our big day! One less thing for me to take care of and of course the guests are going to LOVE it!

And with that, this comes from a place of education and asking for help!!! 🩵

Our industry lacks nail education like this. Some states require certain things and some don’t. (Which is just crazy to me) Some of the things weren’t necessarily taught to me even. But I asked for help and guidance!!! And now, I pride myself in sanitation and disinfection.

This post is to spread awareness. We need to hold each other accountable. I am tired of seeing nail tech use improper methods and techniques that are unsafe and unsanitary. It is my opinion, BUT, it’s all about our clients and keeping them in the best and safest hands!! (No pun intended) Be a guiding light to other nail techs to success!!
