Your chances of getting a Referral Client to come back as a Repeat Client are 4 times greater than your chances of getting a New Walk-in Client to come back. You heard that right. 4 out of 5 Referral Clients are more likely to rebook with you as repeat clients. And if you’re like the average Stylist, you’ll have to work extra hard to get more than 1 out of every 5 new walk ins to come back as your repeat client. This is why it’s so damn important that you become less dependent on new walk-in clients and way more skillful at getting referrals. Ten referral clients a month will get you to an awesome repeat clientele a hell of a lot faster than 40 new walk-in clients ever will. I will be having my third nose surgery on November 17. Hopefully my last one. I will be out of work for one week. I return on the 29th unless I can work sooner.

I would like to let my clients know I broke both sides of my right ankle and had surgery yesterday. I will be out of work 10 weeks.
