Years ago when I only did hands on massage, I used to stick 1 foot against the wall and use it for leverage as I stuck my forearm or elbow in my client’s traps and back. Trust me, the feet feel a whole lot better. And it’s a lot easier for the massage therapist. Plus, your walls stay cleaner. 😉•••••
