Stop using detergents for fuller healthier hair. Sulfate free shampoos still have detergents that strip your hair and scalp of a lot more than just dirt and dust it also removes all our natural oils that help moisturize our scalps and hair and help balance ph.
My scalp was itchy and my hair felt dry, thinner and just frizzy fly away. After shampooing I was using heavy conditioners and treatments then Moroccan oil then leave in conditioner then smoothing balm then when dry heat spray, pomade, and hairspray. I was trying to add substance back to my hair so it would appear fuller and healthier only to wake up the next day with dirty stink head and I would start the process over again until I made the switch to New Wash, now I cleanse and then if I want a little oil for extra shine I can but most of the time I just use a little hair balm and air dry or diffuse, then a light mist if Kenra 25 spray for hold and humidity defense and I’m done cutting my cost and time in half! So once again I’ll say stop shampooing with detergents and start cleansing with New Wash!

Shampoo can strip our natural oils away so then we try to replace with conditioners/masks, oils, smoothing gels, etc….
I was skeptical about a cleansing cream with no lather and they say I won’t need conditioner but I gave it a try. Now I’ve ditched my conditioner, Moroccan oil(that’s a huge one for me), leave in conditioner, smoothing balm, heat spray, and whatever pomade I needed to calm down the flyaway stripped of life hair now I just use New Wash rich cleansing cream then I use dressed up for when I blow dry and hair balm either way and my hair looks and feels better then ever, I haven’t touched it with a curling or flat iron which I did to help seal the cuticle and make it look better which in turn caused some damage to my hair and it looks fuller too!
