Clients
I know I haven’t reached all to all my clients. You’re on my list. I’m doing my absolute best to get to you. With the new guidelines makes it little harder. Our main concern is for everyone to stay healthy.
Clients with appointments
Please make sure you feel 110% yourself. Please check you fever before leaving your house. If you do not, have a fever, or have any sickly symptoms you’re required to reschedule. If you have came in contact with someone who was diagnosed with coronavirus. We ask you to reschedule your appointment 2+ weeks out. To ensure the safely of myself, other clients, and stylists.
When arriving at the salon
Please wait in your car or stay outside until your appointment. Please call the salon (513)385-5770 when you arrive. To let our stylist know you are here and if your can enter. Please leave coats and other items in your car when possible.
Appointments
You will not be allowed to bring anyone else with you during your appointment. Nobody will be allowed to sit in the lobby to wait.
Health and safety
You’re required to wear a mask the entire time in the salon. A mask that goes around the ears to allow me to cut and color your hair. Make sure it is not the PRETTIEST one you have. If you are scheduled for a color appointment.
Please wash and sanitize your hands as much as possible when in the salon.
We are keeping up with strict guidelines to ensure yours and others safety in our salon
Snacks and drinks
Will not be provided at our salon for the time being.
Paying and rebooking
Please rebook by phone call to limit exposer if possible. We will not be giving receipts(paper) out. But you can ask for one by phone or email. As we prefer you tip in cash. Right now, we ask you to tip with your card to limit exposer.
Your stylist
This is all going to be a new and feel so different for all of us. I love caring for you and only want to best for you all. I can’t wait to see you all again. I appreciate each and everyone of you.

I will be reaching out to everyone soon.

We will get you rescheduled at a later time. We are doing everything possible for a safe and healthy return for all of us. Please bare with me during this time. Im scheduling clients who were schedule back in March first, voicemails and messages next. I will not be taking walk in during this time. Please reach out to me if you’re wanting in. I’m not going to do back to backs as I usually do. For both of us and other stylists, clients in the salon. My main concern is to make sure myself and my family stay healthy in order to do your hair. If I come down with anything, I will have to take time off again...means pushing your hair date out longer. Please make sure you feel Ok before coming in. I have you and other clients to think about during this time. We do not need to talk about everything that is going on, if you’re uncomfortable. It’s going to be a little stressful starting back out. Coming in the salon is going to be a new, different for everyone. I know your hair is needing some rescue. I will be doing my very best to accommodate you during this time. I appreciate each and everyone of you. Looking forward to catching up with you all. Talk to you soon.

Missing you all so much.

Only way I’m getting my hands on some hair...is my families.

Can’t wait to get back into it. Doing something I love and chatting with you. You all have become family to me. Feels like I’m missing a piece of my heart.

I know it’s hard...with your roots growing in. Your ends looking a little Frail. Showing more beauty spots then you usually do. Just know you are beautiful inside and out.

I’m here for support and Guidance if you need anything. Don’t hesitate to message me. I’m always here to talk with you. I’ll do my very best to response to you as fast as I can. I’m home but still learning to juggle two little ones. Especially, a toddler missing her grandparents and not use to being at home so much.
