Just a quick heads up on my booking policy to keep everything running smoothly:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service

No fees apply if you cancel on time or arrive as scheduled.
