If you haven’t heard yet the first group run will be on Saturday March 2 at 0900. We will be meeting at Sharon Woods Park. The park does require you to buy a yearly pass for parking, however, it is only $10-$15 and it can be used at all great parks!

Can’t wait to see everyone March 2! We will start promptly at 0900 with a warm up and get right to it. These runs are designed to be beginner friendly. Be sure to bring water!

If there are any questions please do not hesitate to ask. If you are for sure coming to the first run please let me know because I will be starting a chat.

Hey guys I finally decided to go ahead and create this running group! You guys have all seen that I run all the time, but now I want you all to join me! The goal is to have fun and get a workout in. The runs will be friendly to those who have either never run before or those that want to get back into it. Be sure to look out for the announcements so you don’t miss a scheduled run day!
