My sister welcomed in a sweet baby girl on Wednesday & my aunty heart could just explode! She’s actually the sweetest 🥰

Please bring me all of the newborn sessions! This one was planned on a whim & turned out so cute. I promise a newborn session doesn’t have to be super thought out (unless you want it to be)

I lived through the postpartum experience & 1000% get not feeling up to it. Even if it’s just photos of baby wrapped in a swaddle, the photos are always worth having.

You will never regret getting the photos taken but you may regret not having them taken.

I love all weddings & couples I’ve worked with but sometimes there’s just that one that stays with you & this is that one. It was such an amazing day at the most beautiful place with one of the sweetest couples. Listening to the birds chirp & the leaves ruffling in the wind was actually the most peaceful thing. I don’t know when I’ll shut up about this day 🤭

Sessions like this remind me that I am right where I belong; doing what I love most. I have been on fire lately for family photography. I don’t think I’ll ever step away from weddings but if families keep coming my way.. I will make space for these tiny humans & the people who love & raise the them 🥹🤍
