CANCELLATION POLICY
You and your appointment are very important to me!
I hold your appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you kindly provide me at least 24-hour notice.
Cancellations without 24-hour notice & No Shows will incur a 75% charge for that appointment, which will be required to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
I may require a Non- Refundable deposit to secure future appointments after a non comply with my policies.
As a courtesy to you, I confirm the date and time at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment via email and/or text. (with the mobile email you provided)
You are always welcome to text and double check any appointment you have if you are unsure.
