Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Tracey Piphus (Owner of Couture Beauty) and I'm based in Cincinnati Ohio. After being a hairstylist/instructor in the beauty industry for over 20 years, I decided to retire 2 years ago. It was the scariest thing I have ever done!
