Alright, alright! This is time of year clients typically opt for varying styles that require little to no manipulation of their strands. With these soaring temperatures, high humidity, vacation plansā¦ and internal temperatures (IYKYK) I donāt blame you! š
However, donāt neglect a good . We want hair retention when you come out of those styles and enter back into silk press season! So get that hair cut in between those protective styles! š

I know, I know! For those who know me I know youāre saying to yourself, āI thought you said you didnāt braid?! š¤Øš§ā and to that I say Iāve always said I donāt do styles that are over 3hrs! lol. This style happens to meet the requirement. š¤
Nevertheless, I decided to get on the trend and try out this method and I have to say I love it! Hair from got the job done!
āØWhat I love about the style āØ
ā¢ low tension
ā¢ lightweight
ā¢ easy to install
ā¢ looks like a full head of boho braids in half the time
I chose to install the hair by feeding in the strands as I plait. Then, I can choose to either loop the ends or braid past the natural hair without looping the ends.
Now hear me, this is not to replace knotless braids etc. this is to give another option for clients. And if you know me, I love options!
Iāll share more as I get feedback from clients! So far, theyāre loving it!

I had the privilege of styling one of Cincinnatiās newest entrepreneurs! Meet Shawnte Hodge, owner of crowngloryextension! She has been dreaming of starting this new business for some time. Carefully and intentionally building a brand that aligns with her passion for helping women heal and rediscover/realign with their purpose in life!
