It was definitely a fun morning and I realized cuánto me hacía falta la comunidad de run.

A thermometer just reflects the room ✨ it reacts to whatever energy, opinion, or chaos is around it. A thermostat SETS the temperature. It doesn’t move with the room, it moves the room.

Esa es la diferencia entre reaccionar y liderar. Between letting your mood follow the news, the comments, the bad day or staying anchored in who you are no matter what’s happening around you.

Miedosa pero valiente doesn’t mean nothing shakes me. It means I decide the temperature of my own life, even when everything around me is trying to change it for me. 💛
