We made it longer than 80% of salons. 💚
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Crystal Adell for 20 years. For the first time in a long time, I’ll be without my work wife.
The stylists always joked that we were like “Mom & Dad.” Now, all the kids have left the nest, and it’s the end of an era.
I’m so grateful for everything we built together and excited to see where this next chapter takes us both. Some chapters end, but the people and memories that shaped them never do. This version of us will always hold a special place in my heart. 💚
