I started using Spark to help with my daily energy levels. It give me energy without feeling like I drank 10 cups of coffee. No racing heart feeling at all but it did help the the mid day drag. Then I started using the Advocare meal replacement shakes. I have a shake for breakfast. It keeps me full all morning without feeling bloated like other meal replacement shakes I've tried over the years. Recently I've added CarbEase and ThermoPlus to my daily regimen. Since adding CarbEase and ThermoPlus I've lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks! WHAT?! I have been at a plateau for 2 years! I believe so much in Advocare I decided to become a distributor.
