I started using Spark to help with my daily energy levels. It give me energy without feeling like I drank 10 cups of coffee. No racing heart feeling at all but it did help the the mid day drag. Then I started using the Advocare meal replacement shakes. I have a shake for breakfast. The Pumpkin Spice Meal Replacement Shake is amazing on its own, but have you ever tried making it into a muffin? Try this amazing recipe and let us know what you think!
Pumpkin Spice Muffins
1 AdvoCare Pumpkin Spice Meal Replacement Shake
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
Thoroughly mix all ingredients and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 11-12 minutes for mini muffins and 14-16 minutes for regular muffins or until edges turn slightly golden brown. Cooking times may vary.
Optional: top with a few mini chocolate chips for an occasional treat.
