is Booksy not sending all of my clients reminders about your appts? I have had people show up on dates differently and times different than their appt and I have had people book and I canceled due to having an appt myself and I am still having people show up! Please someone let me know if they're sending out reminders! Or if people just aren't paying attention! I need everyone to please follow the Booksy calendar and know your appts through the Booksy app! Not your own personal calendar please!
