TUMMY TIME. GROWN-UP EDITION. 💪

We spend SO much of our time in a rounded-forward posture: working, driving, scrolling, helping our littles...

Sometimes, we just need a reset.

✨ Combat “tech neck”
✨ Wake up your back, core & glutes
✨ Open the chest & encourage better posture
✨ Help fight that dreaded hunchback
✨ Give your spine a break from being vertical

Start with just 1–5 minutes on your belly.
Breathe. Stretch. Read. Relax.

Because at Eclipse, we’re all about finding little ways to pause, reset & reconnect with your body. 🫶

** If lying on your stomach causes pain or isn’t comfortable for you, don’t force it - there are other ways to work on posture and mobility!**

😂😂

Relaxation awaits ✨

Join us in helping support our local teachers' mental health during what's proving to be an extra stressful schoolyear!

Crazy times in Claremont this school year, but it's important to recognize and acknowledge the sheer volume of teachers who have shown up for our kids. As a big THANK YOU, and perhaps a slight "please *keep* showing up," Eclipse is happy to offer the following:

1) Now through September 15th, not only can ALL clients get $20 off the service of your choice, but for every purchase made we will donate a 60min float to a Claremont School District employee! Use the code 'CSD25' at checkout at eclipse.floathelm.com/store

Employees interested in floating, or if you have an employee in mind you'd like to nominate, please submit the following form: https://forms.gle/wzByBSWeZoqncFJ67

2) On October 13, 2025, Joanne and Kris will be donating their time to provide *complimentary* 30-minute massage sessions to as many Claremont School District employees as possible. Even with two of us working hard, sessions are limited. Employees can book directly at https://eclipse.floathelm.com/booking/2025/10/13

Please join us in giving back to the teachers who selflessly give every day for the children in our community 💗
