The Hidden Gem Hair Studio, LLC is FOUR years old today!

When I reflect back on the last 4 years- these things come to mind;

Grateful for the clients that have been with me from the beginning, thankful for the clients that have chosen my chair over the years and continue to book with me. Happy because this profession will always bring me joy- even during the challenges.

While I have embarked on an additional journey, my heart is always here. This little studio has helped me grow and evolve in ways I never imagined.

Forever grateful that life had a very unique way of putting me right where I belong.

Friendly reminder:

I have a cancellation policy.

While I understand life happens, and as most know I am almost always willing to work with anyone when you do me the courtesy of letting me know in advance. I have even worked with people who told me last minute.

What I can’t work with is someone who receives the courtesy text reminders that I send out out and still chooses to not let me have the notice that you’re not coming.

This is my business. This is not a hobby. My time that you book is valuable. Not showing for your appointment takes away from my ability to fill your spot and recoup my lost income.

I’ve been lax about not updating client portfolios with updated credit cards on file. I’ll be working on updating that.

Friendly reminder in NH- I can charge up to 99% of the booked services for no shows.

My cancellation policy is as follows and is located on my website-

48 hours notice- or subject to 50% of services expected
No show- 50% of expected services charged

This will be charged automatically 15 minutes after you no show. This also must be paid in order to book with me for the future.

It’s really unfortunate that I have to post this, but I’m just asking for the same respect that I offer to all of you in return.
