Successes should be celebrated 🎉– no matter how big or small. Not all the wins will be in business. Some will be in your personal life or maybe in the life of a friend or family member. Celebrate them all! When we focus on the wins, they become the focus and you will always look for them with negative things falling to the background, which tends to decrease their impact.

Today is my one year mark for the start of what I call my health journey. I haven’t followed any specific exercise program or diet, but rather focused on making sure my nutrition is balanced, testing for food sensitivities and removing them from my diet, walking daily and having ACCOUNTABILITY (I weigh in and get measured weekly if possible). All these things combined have resulted in 41.2 lbs and 45.75 inches overall lost 💕. Ya’ll, let me tell you – I may have another 70lbs to go before I hit my goal weight but I already feel SOOOO good physically and excited to continue this journey🥳. Every inch and pound is fought hard for now that the initial momentum is past, but this is where celebrating the successes comes in. I only lost 0.4 oz overall this month but when I got measured I had dropped an inch around my hips, 0.5 in on my waist and an inch off each thigh. That’s where the wins were.
