Friendly reminder:

I have a cancellation policy.

While I understand life happens, and as most know I am almost always willing to work with anyone when you do me the courtesy of letting me know in advance. I have even worked with people who told me last minute.

What I can’t work with is someone who receives the courtesy text reminders that I send out out and still chooses to not let me have the notice that you’re not coming.

This is my business. This is not a hobby. My time that you book is valuable. Not showing for your appointment takes away from my ability to fill your spot and recoup my lost income.

I’ve been lax about not updating client portfolios with updated credit cards on file. I’ll be working on updating that.

Friendly reminder in NH- I can charge up to 99% of the booked services for no shows.

My cancellation policy is as follows and is located on my website-

48 hours notice or subject to 50% of expected services
No show- 50% of expected services charged

This will be charged automatically 15 minutes after you no show. This also must be paid in order to book with me for the future.

It’s really unfortunate that I have to post this, but I’m just asking for the same respect that I offer to all of you in return.

Dear clients!

I am officially back in the salon as of tomorrow!

I’m feeling pretty much 100% back to my new normal self! I’ve been easing my way back this last week and things seemed to go well. I have a very busy month coming up so I’ll just ask for a little grace as I adjust to my crazy days again.

I’ve truly missed being in the salon and I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone and doing what I do!
