I haven’t been called an as***le yet this week but there’s still time!

I have been able to help two moms relieve some stress and soreness in their backs, I’ve gotten to help get rid of a kink in my clients neck that was making work and training difficult, I got to treat sciatica pain AND meet some of the sweetest souls. This work is such a blessing.

Started the day with a client with a really angry left shoulder and some low back pain.
Next up was a full body relaxing with extra focus on the calves and a tweak in the mid back.
Finished up with a client from earlier in the week with Joey Rogers messing up my hard work earlier in the week and we had to fix his neck again 🤣
