Unpopular opinion- A 1 hour massage is the hardest to give! (My favorite is 2+)

Obviously this is my opinion. But with the type of work I do, adequately working thru the muscles takes time. Taking over them with deep pressure might feel effective in the moment but to get the muscles to release and all the other fabulous things I’m trying to do while manipulating the tissues- an hour is just too rushed to truly work WITH your body to help with recovery.

What do you think? Do you have a “sweet spot” with the duration of your massages?

First of all.. this girl is GORGEOUS, and has perfect brows already. But today we went in, cleaned them up just a tad, and did a Dermaplane facial. Look how STUNNING she is 🥰
