Sacha-Matcha Latte (Iced)
(Its fun to say too 😜😊🤣😋)

This a great combination of 2 great products that I love. Ive been drinking it regularly for over 2 weeks now to boost my day with and overall great feeling, with no crash. It's a great alternative to regular lattes for those trying to cut coffee out of your routine like myself because coffee makes my anxiety worse. Also depending on what type of milk you use a great protein addition to your plantbased lifestyle.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sacha Inchi powder (shout out Naturalvim.com )
3/4 teaspoon of matcha (ceremonial grade is best)
3/4 - cup of milk substitute (hemp/oat/coconut/almond/rice/ non dairy milk)
Your favorite healthy sweetener ie agave or natural honey ( optional )

Mix the the "milk" , sacha inchi powder, and optional sweetener together. You can either stir vigorously, use blender or shaker tins ( for the bartenders out there ). Then pour into cup with ice. Next, in a separate bowl glass or blender add your matcha powder then add warm to room temperature water ( Not Hot Water ), about 2 -2 1/2 oz and stir or blend until the matcha produces a light foam. Next add to you glass with the "sacha milk" and enjoy
Alternative instructions (my way)
Add all ingredients to a blender (except ice and water instead and an extra 1/4 of "milk" ). Next blend the hell out of it to ensure no clumps. Pour over ice and enjoy. Only when I dont have the time to really finesse the job 😉.
