It can feel profound to be brought back into our own space, bubble, energy field. To feel the reminder that we have a protective filter that exists all around us as a part of us and when we consciously connect with it and fortify it through various methods, including sound waves, it feels sooo good. As I write about it now I feel it activating, and I am experiencing a warmth on my skin as well as inside myself and around my organs, and a subtle, but weirdly yummy pressure on my body. I feel tension dissolving, I feel the urge to smile a little, I feel dominion over my mind and body, over my space, I feel my boundaries while also feeling connected to the greater whole. There's also a level of feeling and experiencing that which there aren't words to describe, the ineffable. I could spend all day sharing into this with others, creating and holding space for you to have your own experience. Next Monday evening, Monica and I would love to share space just like this with you, we would absolutely love for you to join us🫶❤️🫶
