Are you on the go constantly? We are, our daughter does cheer and gymnastics and our son does trail life. Plus we are involved in our church.
Here are some great places to grab a bite to eat and stay on track!
Jimmy John’s- you can get any sandwhich made unwhich (lettuce wrapped) my fave is the #17 ultimate porker.
Zaxby’s-their salads are amazing (and huge) my favorite is the grilled cobb.
Noodles and co- you can get any meal with zucchini noodles or even gluten free noodles. They also have salads watch out for sauces with sugars. My fave is zucchini Rosa with grilled chicken.
Chick-fil-A- who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A?! I grab a side salad with ranch and 8 count of grilled nuggets.
Freddy’s- Did you know they make lettuce wrapped burgers? I love this.

I strongly believe when we take it day by day, moment by moment we are able to see the path for our lives. Yes make plans and goals and have those dreams, God wants us to have the desires of our heart. As you walk towards those plans and dreams begin to see all the steps in between. God is there, he is guiding you. ❤️

It’s almost half way through the first month of the year, and if you have made a resolution to focus on yourself and your health, don’t give up! I’m here to tell you that goal is something that you will always be striving to reach.
-Make sure you are drinking plenty of water! I recommend about 75-100oz a day of plain water.
-Eat according to your body and goals. If you don’t know what that looks like I can help you. I also recommend filling in nutrition gaps with high quality supplements.
-Exercise consistently. Doesn’t have to be everyday just pick a few days a week to add in some type. That could include walking, running, weightlifting or just your stairs a few time in a row.
-sleep! It’s so important to get a goods nights rest. How long can vary by person, but the quality does matter. Most the time when you are doing the first 3 this one will improve.

5 years ago I was tired to the point I was unable to get through the day without a nap. I couldn’t play with my kids, and I blamed it all on working too much. I worked out 4 days a week but I never saw results. Probably because my eating habits were not exactly best for me. I had fallen into a deep dark place were I really didn’t want or have the desire to do life anymore. I hated getting dressed, all my clothes were too tight or didn’t fit. Glad I wore a uniform to work that was oversized.
Why do I tell you this?? To let you know there is hope! There is a community of people that will support and encourage you. A community that will help you reach your goals. One that has no judgement because we have all been there too in some way. It’s hard doing it alone but with the support from others you can accomplish so much.
I am so thankful that someone showed me another way; a simple system that was so easy to incorporate into my busy lifestyle. That it was possible to live life again. If you are tired of being tired and want to enjoy life to the fullest, there is hope. You don’t have to do this alone.

It’s all in the mindset. If God is good and his plans for us are good then when we follow Him it’s going end good. Keeping this in mind will bring you hope even when you don’t feel it’s good in the moment.
