A new season of life is here for our family. Stella is officially starting kindergarten! 🎒❤️

With that comes a few schedule adjustments so I can make sure I’m able to drop/pick her up on time before/after work. I will still be open 5 days a week, but my business hours will be changing.

Competing in the Level Up Games at Burn Boot Camp always reminds me of how far I’ve come and how much stronger I’ve become. It’s about stepping outside of our comfort zone and trusting the work we’ve put in all year long. The early mornings, the tough reps, and the days we don’t feel like it but still show up anyway. This is what it’s all about.
