I wanted to make a post to let all of my clients and future clients know that if you cancel or no-show your appointment without giving me at least a 24 hr notice you will be charged a fee of $50. This is not directed at any one person because it has been happening a lot lately. I want you all to know that I truly appreciate your business. That’s just it though, this is a business. Much like other business’s such a dr.’s offices, dentists, etc. they charge you a fee if you cancel or no-show on the day of your appointment. I am now a single mother of 2 children that I have to support. This is how I support them and to pay my bills. I value each and every one of you and again thank you for so much.

Just a reminder that there has been a $5 increase on all services. Meaning per service within the appointment. E.g.-An appointment for highlights, toner, cut with color will go up $5 for each of those services.

Merry Christmas to all my Lovely’s!!! I will return to the salon Tuesday and Wednesday next week. I had a last minute opening come available next Thursday for color only for any of my pre-existing clients that haven’t had a chance to get in before 2022. There’s still time for New Year hair! Hey guys! As 2021 is coming to an end, I just want to say thank you so much for all your support and business this year. You’ve been with me through the highs and lows and I appreciate you all more than you know. With that being said, it’s come to my attention that some people are becoming upset if I am not getting them in my chair right on time of their scheduled appointment. I try my absolute best to get everyone in on a timely manner for their appointments. Sometimes appointments run over for various reasons but I do my best to inform you all when I am running behind. There are times when I am human and I make mistakes but those are far and few between. When and if that happens, I do my best to make up for it. Please remember that I am just one person in my studio running the show. It’s never intentional if I run over. If you have a scheduled appointment I will do my best to honor that time but there may be times when you will have to wait. Like most places in the service industry, sometimes you have to wait even though you’ve made an appointment or reservation. I’m just asking for a little grace. I seriously love and value you all. Looking forward to this New Year with you all ❤️ Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas!
