I’ve heard people say that permanent brows look harsh and fake.

This assumption usually comes from seeing pictures right after a person’s initial session. This is when brows will be bold and dark, however once the ink settles into the skin and cell turnover is complete, that’s when the results will be lightened. 30-50%.
