You will be rescheduled, your day ruined, and your card charged for the services booked.

I’ve been very lenient on this policy because ruining your day would also ruin mine but it’s increasingly become a safety concern.

Moving forward this policy will be STRICTLY enforced.

Please don’t pretend you haven’t seen me post it a million times + please don’t act like you didn’t acknowledge the policy when you booked online.

I would just like to extend an extra thank you to everyone that has ever been patient about the plumbing situation(s) at either of my suite locations. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve had to reschedule clients last minute because contractors didn’t show when they said they would.

After I made my burnout post, many clients came in showing full support for my transparency.

“I had no idea! If it makes you feel any better— you don’t look it!”

And it made me realize how often that can be true.

How often we mask so we don’t burden others.

Out of necessity I had to start double booking a lot of you. And when the first client would leave, the other would always speak so kindly of them. Compliments to their kindness, character, or even the short conversations they would have.

“Oh she was so sweet!”

“I hope I get booked with her next time!”

“She was SO pretty!”

But also as I mentioned in my burn out post— it’s hard to be vulnerable with a stranger in the room. So often times, those conversations are just… surface level. As kind, beautiful, and friendly as someone can be— they’re often times carrying heavy things, too.

I’m a vault. I take the key to your secrets and hardships and I swallow it whole. But man, the things I would love to say. Not to discredit all the amazing things people see but for them to understand how truly remarkable you are to your core.

So many of you are fighting through your hardest days and yet, you exude so much light. All those moments of regret, doubt, guilt, & sadness you share with me, you carry it all so well.

Give yourself a little grace.
