Group coaching is a one hour class that meets once per week, every week for twelve weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. There are four groups that will be hosted 3 times per year and only 10 spots in each group. It’s important to me that I keep the groups small so I can give people adequate time and attention. The cost of the group is $600 total and can be broken down into 3 payments of $200. That’s only $50/week. If you can invest in clothes, jewelry, going out to eat, cars, ci******es, ma*****na, liquor or whatever your vice is… then you are more than capable of PRIORITIZING YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS for $50/week. People who pay upfront (we know tax time is coming and some of y’all just have good jobs) will receive a discount that I will reflect on the website shortly. You will not only get the content that I’m sharing regarding holistic health, but you will also receive small tokens of appreciation throughout the journey. Groups will be recorded in case you are not able to attend live.
