Curious Lotus Tattoo

Last week Curious Lotus partnered with the local art group “Tartar Sauce” to put on an event called “Special Sauce” an opportunity for artists of all experience levels to come and do some figure drawing with a live, costumed model! This event was free to anyone who wanted to participate and there were some more seasoned art veterans on hand to offer encouragement and advice to anyone that needed it 😊 if you are interested in trying your hand at figure drawing and enjoying some good company, our next event is Friday, March 27th from 6:30-8:30 and we will have more details as we get closer to the date.

Inside our building there is the most adorable little shop. This shop features the work of local artists and things that would make great gifts for the holidays… hint hint 🎁 And we are always happy to help you with your purchases 😬

We are running a tad behind but if you are looking to give a gift that lasts… gift certificates will be available starting this Friday the 12th! Because we are appointment only, make sure you message us to see if we are going to be around before you just stop by 😬

One of the cool things about being in our new space is that we are able to be a part of amazing art community. And one way we will be participating is by adding our art and the art of our friends to the Mini Art Exchange box! Stop by anytime to take a piece and leave a piece. Our friend gave us a handful of guys to sneak into the box over the next couple weeks and put their first one in as well. We hope to see you checking out the art and we can’t wait to see what you leave!!!
